Don’t make the same mistake I made by wasting years of training incorrectly without seeing progress. I “thought” I did the right things, I trained hard, ate right, etc. but because I didn’t understand the KPI’s (key performance indicators)/training variables that actually lead to progression, I plateaued every few months. I spent over 10 years trying to make progress this way. 

 

I decided to educate myself and set out to find the KPI’s that guaranteed results every time. My path taught me everything I was looking for. This included becoming a strength and conditioning coach, student physician, and a sport science research assistant. These experiences exposed me to the exact training variables I was looking for that needed to be implemented in order to build muscle, increase strength, and elevate overall human performance.

I had the amazing opportunity to have Jake as my coach. I came to him with many goals in mind on how I wanted to improve with my fitness. His program was easy to follow, and if I had any questions he was always willing to drop whatever he had and help me. He gave me tips and advice. He helped me:

- Gain 10 pounds of muscle going from 170-180

- I Can now bench 225 

- Feel more confident doing back squats and going heavier.  I can now back squat 300+ because of his guidance.
